Teen Backpacking Expedition

A seven-day adventure program in which students learn outdoor and interpersonal skills necessary to complete a backpacking expedition.
The first day students will unite as a team participating in low and high ropes course activities and preparing for their expedition while base camping on the Spring Creek Farm in Palmer.

On the second day, students will depart for a 6-day, 5-night backpacking expedition in the Hatcher Pass State Recreation Area.
This program is designed to be educational, inspiring, fun and challenging.

We practice challenge by choice, and teach students to make conscious, healthy choices for their individual growth.

Challenges allow us to practice building resiliency and self-determination; students are encouraged to embrace challenges as opportunities to excel!
