DESCRIPTION
Onward & Upward is teaming up with Knik Tribe’s Passion to Lead program to provide after school outdoor recreation programs every Friday from 3:45pm-6:00pm.
This program is for middle school and high school students, ages 12-18.
Onward & Upward will be providing transportation, equipment, snacks and instruction. Course locations vary within the Palmer and Wasilla area. Students should come prepared to be outdoors for the afternoon /evening. Winter boots and warm layers are recommended, but are also available upon request.
LOCATION/TRANSPORTATON
Instructors will pick students up at Knik Charter School between 3:30pm-3:45pm and transport students to course location via Onward & Upward vans.
Parent pick up is between 5:45-6:00pm at Knik Charter School.
The Knik Charter School is located at 758 N Shoreline Dr, Wasilla, AK 99654.
SCHEDULE
Every month a new outdoor adventure series will be offered. Space is limited to the first 18 students to register, and so students must register for each series separately; one month at time.
